Dear Friends, Happy New Year! How I wish I could answer every note and letter personally. That being impossible, this newsletter will have to be second best. Words can never express our appreciation for all your kind letters. Our ministry is still small enough that Iris and I can read every letter. Our hearts go out to those of you who are going through traumatic times. We pray daily for you as we know you do for us. Since we are not planning a tour to Israel in 2000, we are, by popular request, setting up a cruise to Alaska via the Inside Passage. Plans are to leave Vancouver, July 19th, 2000. We will be having a one or two hour Bible class each evening before dinner. If you are interested in this unique opportunity to see some of God’s most spectacular splendor, contact us at 1-800-369-7856 and we will gladly send you a brochure. BOOKKEEPER'S NOTE: The Lord has been so good in meeting our financial needs. We thank Him daily for blessing the ministry through your financial support and prayers. As of 11/29/99, absolutely 100% of your undesignated, donated dollars have gone directly back into TV (also, a small amount from product sales goes back into TV time). As we are an open record ministry, a financial summary is always available upon request. And, if you need a personal financial summary for tax purposes, let us know - we will get it for you with a click of the mouse. One of the hardest things for us to do is drop a station, but this unfortunately does happen on occasion. In every instance, although some of you have been contributing, the amount needed to stay on the air in a certain area still falls far short of the need, so we have no other option but to drop the station. We do make every effort to pick dropped stations back up if the finances improve. As noted above, all our contributions are used for TV time, which means we have no real surplus. Please know that we are doing the very best we can with every penny. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Laura SECRETARY'S NOTE: What a wonderful and busy year it has been. Thank you all for your wonderful support and prayers. We apologize for any inconvenience we have inadvertently caused in mixed-up orders or faulty books/tapes. Occasional errors will occur. Thank you for your patience. You have done a wonderful job of designating on the memo line of your checks thank you! Also, please remember that it takes two to four weeks for an order to arrive at your home. We mail library rate, it is slower. Be patient. If you wish to receive your order sooner, we ask that you pay the priority mail postage. Each 6 hour Video is $30.00, each 6 hour Audio Album is $22.00, and each Booklet of 6 hours of programs is $6.00. Two months ago, my address database hard drive crashed. We lost many addresses, changes to addresses and deletions of people who asked to be removed or who passed away. We apologize for any problems this may have caused. Please let us know if you received a newsletter and did not want one, or if you know of someone who has died and a newsletter was mailed out in their name, let us know Don’t fear the year 2000 - rejoice that we can witness it and to possibly welcome our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If He should yet tarry, do look for the opportunities to share the Cross and Resurrection with those around you. Kim Television Note: Closed Captioning for the hearing impaired is mandated by the government and will cost the ministry an additional $150,000.00 to accomplish. If anyone would like to make a special offering to help us with this undertaking it would be greatly appreciated. Please make your gifts to the ministry and note the gift for "Closed Captioning." What In The World For most people today, globalism is the catch word. But, the real catch word is The Ten, The Western European Union (WEU) , The Revived Roman Empire. The WEU is a separate entity from the larger European Union and is comprised of the original 10 nations which came together shortly after WW II. For nearly 50 years, the world in general, and Europe in particular, was fearful of another military colossus rising in Europe. But, in the last year, after the events in Bosnia and Kosovo, the WEU is frantically planning a military capability to confront such crises without NATO or the United States. To facilitate that speedy build-up of a strike force, a gentleman by the name of Javier Solana was recently named General Secretary of the WEU, as well as a high representative of the European Union. What does this have to do with us? It simply tells us that Daniel's prophecies and Revelation are coming to fruition. Nebuchadnezzar’s dream foresaw the Gentile empires as becoming more fractioned politically and more powerful militarily. So, by the time we get to the 10 horns of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13, we have a revived Roman Empire with an awesome military. Also, the man Anti-Christ who comes from that 10 horned empire will worship the god of forces Daniel 11:37 & 38. On the other side of the globe, we have the rising of the Great Red Dragon China. Thanks to our American government, China recently received 600 super computers, which will enhance their military technology. These are the two primary powers that will end up in the Middle East to meet their total destruction at Armageddon. These are exciting times for Bible believers! Questions & Answers, Letters, Etc
QUESTION: Why did Mary Magdalene not recognize Jesus in John 19?
ANSWER: Consider, first, the physical suffering and abuse at the hands of the Romans. He was scourged, his beard torn from His face, the crown of thorns forced upon His Head, plus other acts of violence against Him. But, most of all, because on Him were laid the total sins of the human race from Adam until the end of time.
This is beyond our understanding. For all these reasons, Isaiah 52 prophesied that His visage or appearance was more marred than anyone had ever been. That was the last mental picture of Jesus that Mary had. Also, she, nor any of the other followers of Jesus, including the 12, had any idea that He would be raised from the dead. Luke 18:31 & 32, John 19:9.
No wonder Mary, on first impression, did not think of seeing Jesus in a glorious, resurrected body with only the nail prints and the spear wound as evidence of His suffering. She recognized Him primarily by His voice.
QUESTION: Then, why did He refuse her touching or embracing Him?
ANSWER: Back in Genesis 14, we were first introduced to Melchizedek, the priest of the Most High God, a term of deity not restricted to Israel. Hebrews 7, then, throws more light on Melchizedek and that Christ is the fulfillment of that Priesthood.
The first step of preparing the High Priest after Aaron's priesthood was wash, wash in water. The typology of that was fulfilled at Christ's baptism. Then, in the purity of His resurrected Body, He was now ready to present His blood in the Holy of Holies in Heaven, according to Hebrews 9: 11 & 12. He then returned and presented Himself to the 11 and invited them to see and feel the nail print proofs of His death, burial and resurrection.
That, then, is the Glorious Body after which we will be fashioned in eternity. Philippians 3:21.

--I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for opening my eyes to GOD, and for the first time in my life I can honestly say that I feel his Love and compassion.
I look at the pages of my Bible and I think I am seeing things for the first time. But as I reread your booklets and watch your tapes, I find that I am just picking up seeds that you planted and am beginning to reap some of the fruit that seems to be cropping up in my soul.
I prayed and searched all my life (I am 50 years old) for this relationship that people have been telling me about, how the Lord Jesus Christ will do this and that in my life and never quite understood what they or where they were coming from.
You two are truly a blessing and I cannot thank you or pray enough prayers that could ever repay you for the love and peace I feel at this moment in my life. L.S., Minnesota
--Thanks for your teaching. It is so simple that a person that has not read the Bible can understand it*, and then it is so profound it will jar a person that has read the Bible for years into seeing things that have been read over and over. We are with you every morning at 11 on World Harvest and Saturday, 8:30 p.m. G.H. & M.H., Alabama
--Like most people, I have spent my life memorizing bits and pieces and stories from the Bible without ever really being able to tie them together to form a whole, coherent story. This, unfortunately, led to much confusion and much doubt as to the validity of many church-held beliefs. At times, I was so overwhelmed by the doubts and confusion, that I refrained from even reading the Bible at all for long periods of time. It was so frustrating!
Through your teaching ministry, however, I have discovered which bits and pieces are accurate and how they all fit so perfectly together to reveal the fullness of God's plan throughout the ages. It is often said the truth shall set you free. And, indeed, the Scriptural truths revealed through your teachings has set me free free from doubts and confusion, free to experience the joy of knowing God and knowing my salvation is secure. I cannot thank you enough for this liberating blessing. C.H., Ohio
Meet our Web site Developer, Matthew McGee: My wife, Beth, and I have been attending Les's Tulsa Bible class since Beth found Les on TV in 1995. It was then that Les's teaching in the book of Acts on the differences between the ministries of Peter and Paul really opened up the Scriptures for us. What a blessing!
In 1997, I set up the "Through the Bible with Les Feldick" Internet Web site and have been operating it since then. Jerry Pool transcribes the books. Also, Carl Mathison, Dean Harvey, and Robert Pennybaker have helped with various aspects of the Web site.
All of the books and the audio of all of the TV programs are available on the Web site. They may be read or listened to at no cost from anywhere in the world at any time. The site is visited about 4000 times per month. In addition to the e-mail from readers and listeners in the USA, Les has received e-mail from Canada, Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Norway, the Shetland Islands, and the Faroe Islands. We hope you can visit the site and look forward to hearing from you, too. Grace and Peace, Matthew McGee
The newsletters that are sent to reader's by regular mail always contain the upcoming seminar schedule, the TV and radio schedule, the class schedule, and the ministry's contact information. But on this web site, all of this information is kept current on their own pages at these four links. To avoid confusion, the older information that is less up to date has been removed from the newsletters that are placed on-line.
